13 Ghosts II
A strong line of thunderstorms moved through the area today which consisted of some impressive cloud formations. What really struck me was the rate at which the clouds were traveling. So a whipped out my point and shoot and captured some footage.
With the release of the Ghosts I-IV album a few months ago, Nine Inch Nails has been holding a film festival on YouTube. The idea being to take the tracks from Ghosts and apply imagery you feel fits the tracks best. And since the album was released under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial Share Alike license, this is a legit use of the music.
I thought my cloud footage fit nicely with one of the Ghosts tracks, so this is my submission.

Crazy Clouds
I witnessed this awesome meteorological phenomena coming out of the mall after picking up my Macbook Pro from getting repaired.
Update: I thought the above picture would make a cool desktop picture that would span both of my monitors. So I created it. It’s obviously customized to my working environment, but I figured I’d post it up anyone else who may want to use it.

Spring Tease
From the sleet and freezing rain pelting the windows of my living room right now, you wouldn’t have known it was 70 degrees and sunny two days ago here in the northeast. Thoughts of laying down fertilizer and mulching flower beds quickly vanished while driving home at a top speed of 30 mph down the Garden State Cash Cow.
This post brought to via the blogging bundle in Textmate. And yes, the entire purpose of this post was to test this fine feature out. Seems to work just peachy.
